In this intensive home consultation, we will be using a detailed and customized Design Report to write down everything that needs to be done in the main areas of your home. This service is designed to give you the objective, expert advice you need ,in order to do the design work yourself in the form of a detailed , design report. 

This consult can take up to 2 hours and will cover the following:

1. Detailed phone interview 

2. Recommended furniture arrangement and flow

3. De-cluttering, rearranging and optimizing space in each room

4. Highlighting architectural features and freshening up each room

5. Lighting, window treatment and accessory recommendations 

6. Color advice and emotional connection points in each space




In this Package, Swoon Designs will provide design solutions from start to finish, where we manage all the details for you. This could be for a single room to a full home. 


We coordinate every aspect of your project including work by our preferred vendors for painting, wall coverings, lighting, flooring (carpet, hardwood, tile), window treatments, and upholstery. Swoon Designs will also shop for the items needed to complete the look of your space in order to make your home visually pleasing and up to date.  Utilizing our design expertise , furniture and decor resources, you can rest assured that your custom design is unique to you and tailored to your lifestyle.
